Yabluchne Bridge is not just a new tourist destination, but a place where legend comes to life right beneath your feet. It connects the banks of the Vorskla River, and with them—the past and the present, history and dreams.
The history of this place dates back to Cossack times and is linked to the figure of Filon Lykhopii—the koshovo ataman of the Zaporizhzhia Sich and a centurion from Opishnia. According to legend, while traveling through these lands, he came upon an old orchard of wild apple trees. It was these trees that saved him from starvation and became a symbol of life and rebirth. Eventually, a village emerged here, named Yabluchny, and a bridge was built to connect the riverbanks.
Centuries passed, the old bridge disappeared, but the memory of it remained. And in 2025, this story was given new life—the Yabluchny Bridge once again connected the banks, becoming a symbol of community unity and respect for its roots.
Today, this place attracts visitors not only with the beauty of its landscapes but also with its special atmosphere. Here, you want to stop, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the quiet flow of the water, and think about something important. And also—believe in a little miracle.
They say that if you cross the bridge with an apple in your pocket and make a sincere wish—it will surely come true. And perhaps it’s not just about the legend, but about the mindset with which you take that step.
The Apple Bridge is about connection. Between the banks. Between generations. Between what was and what is just beginning to take shape in your dreams.
